I found a website called modestobuzz.com it is based on BuddyPress 1.0 and WordPress. I've created two separate blogs related to my acupuncture practice and our plastic surgery practice.

I'm relatively new to WordPress, so bear with me. But it seems to have a lot of extra functions not found in Blogger.
